BALL STATE UNIVERSITY
At Ball State, I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications with a specialization in video production. I also earned a minor in Spanish. Attending Ball State helped me understand the functions of camera equipment while getting hands-on experience as soon as I stepped foot on campus.
Cardinal Sports Live
While at Ball State, I had the amazing opportunity to be apart of a student organization called Cardinal Sports Live, a 30 minute live sports talk show. While there, I had the privilege to be on camera as a host and analyst, and also be behind the camera as a camera operator, director, and producer to name a few.
MY FAVORITE MOMENT
As a sophomore, I had the chance to travel with the Ball State football team to cover their experience at the TaxAct Camellia Bowl as a student reporter for Cardinal Sports Live.
The opportunity to experience what a reporter goes through on a day-to-day basis only made me hungrier to get my foot farther in the door.
